To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to our Size Guide found on each product page. A new helmet should feel snug but not painful, as the internal padding will break in over time.
Are Axor helmets certified for safety?
Yes, all Axor helmets undergo rigorous testing and meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT (Department of Transportation) and ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) certifications, ensuring maximum protection on every ride.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for all unused helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure the visor film has not been removed to qualify for a full refund or size swap.
How long does shipping take and can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.
How should I clean and maintain my helmet?
We recommend using a mild soap solution and a microfiber cloth for the outer shell. For the interior, most Axor helmets feature removable and washable liners. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents, as they can degrade the protective EPS liner.
